Koffee Break Pictures reports net profit of Rs 0.18 crore in the June 2008 quarter


Koffee Break Pictures reported net profit of Rs 0.18 crore in the
quarterended June 2008 as against net loss of Rs 0.16 crore during the
previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales rose 125.68% to Rs 3.34 crore
in the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 1.48 crore during the
previous quarter ended June 2007.

Mahasagar Travels reported net loss of Rs 0.08 crore in the quarter
ended June 2008 as against net loss of Rs 0.07 crore during the
previous quarter ended June 2007. Sales rose 13.12% to Rs 7.07 crore in
the quarter ended June 2008 as against Rs 6.25 crore during the
previous quarter ended June 2007.

Electrotherm India signs joint venture agreement with Grasim Industries


Electrotherm India has signed joint venture agreement with Grasim
Industries on 09 September 2008 for captive mining of coal block
ofBhaskarpara in the state of Chhattisgarh as per the letter of
allocation of coal block issued by Government of India, Ministry of
Coal.

The
joint venture company will carry out mining operations and allocate the
production from mine to Electrotherm (India) and Grasim Industries in
the proportion of 52.63% and 47.37% respectively.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 10 September 2008.

Visisth Mercantile allots equity shares warrants


The board of Visisth Mercantile has allotted 617,000 equity shares of
Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 each. 2,95,000 equity shares to
promoters and 3,22,000 equity shares to other investors on preferential
allotment basis.

The
board has allotted 14,41,790 convertible warrants into equity shares of
Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 each, 691,790 convertible
warrants issued to promoters and 750,000 convertible warrants to other
investors on preferential allotment basis.

These shares and warrants were allotted at the board meeting held on 10 September 2008.
