Visisth Mercantile allots equity shares warrants
The board of Visisth Mercantile has allotted 617,000 equity shares of
Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 each. 2,95,000 equity shares to
promoters and 3,22,000 equity shares to other investors on preferential
allotment basis.

Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 each. 2,95,000 equity shares to
promoters and 3,22,000 equity shares to other investors on preferential
allotment basis.
The
board has allotted 14,41,790 convertible warrants into equity shares of
Rs 10 each issued at a premium of Rs 15 each, 691,790 convertible
warrants issued to promoters and 750,000 convertible warrants to other
investors on preferential allotment basis.
These shares and warrants were allotted at the board meeting held on 10 September 2008.
