Electrotherm India signs joint venture agreement with Grasim Industries
Electrotherm India has signed joint venture agreement with Grasim
Industries on 09 September 2008 for captive mining of coal block
ofBhaskarpara in the state of Chhattisgarh as per the letter of
allocation of coal block issued by Government of India, Ministry of
Coal.

Electrotherm India has signed joint venture agreement with Grasim
Industries on 09 September 2008 for captive mining of coal block
ofBhaskarpara in the state of Chhattisgarh as per the letter of
allocation of coal block issued by Government of India, Ministry of
Coal.
The
joint venture company will carry out mining operations and allocate the
production from mine to Electrotherm (India) and Grasim Industries in
the proportion of 52.63% and 47.37% respectively.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 10 September 2008.
