Satyam Computer Services allots equity shares


The board of Satyam Computer Services ha allotted 157,222 equity shares
under stock option plans of the company through circular resolution on
09 September 2008.

Consequent
to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has
gone up from 673,272,535 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs
1,346,545,070 to 673,429,757 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs
1,346,859,514.

This was approved by the board meeting held on 10 September 2008.
