Wipro to issue & allot equity shares
The committee of Wipro has resolved to issue and allot 101537 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under WESOP 2000 and restricted stock unit plan 2004.
This was resolved by the committee of directors through resolution on 28 March 2008.
