Reliance Energy's board approves buy-back of equity shares
Reliance Energy has bought-back 1,80,000 equity shares of the company.
Since the commencement of the buy-back on 28 March 2008, the company has so far bought back 8,30,000 equity shares aggregating Rs 107.20 crore.
The board of directors of the company has approved buy-back of equity shares of the company up to an aggregate amount of Rs 800 crore.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 28 March 2008.
