Mahindra & Mahindra allots equity shares
Mahindra & Mahindra has allotted 1,28,27,552 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the M&M Benefit Trust pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of Mahindra Holdings & Finance with the company and their respective shareholders.
The above 1,28,27,552 equity shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the company.
These shares were allotted by the company on 27 September 2008.
