Kilitch Drugs India to allot warrants
The board of Kilitch Drugs India has made allotment of 2900000 warrants
to be exchanged for one fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each for
even warrants held at a price of Rs 120 per equity share on
preferential basis to promoter and non promoter.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 16 September 2008.
