Comfort Intech allots equity shares
The board of Comfort Intech has converted the 31,50,000 warrants into equity capital of 31,50,000 equity shares of Rs 17.11 each and allotted 31,50,000 equity shares which were issued on conversion of out of 60,00,000 warrants in to 60,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis.
These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 22 September 2008.
