consider annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March
2008 and to recommend dividend for the year ended 31 March 2008.

The board meeting of Aftek will be held on 30 September 2008 to
consider annual accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March
2008 and to recommend dividend for the year ended 31 March 2008.

Aftek's european subsidaries (Arexera GmbH and Seekport GmbH) are bankrupt by now, and all employees working on technical issues have left those companies. There is NO revevant knowledgement or workforce left in Europe. The Follow-up Companies (Seekport AG, Arexera AG and especially AllSearch GmbH are eiter bankrupt as well, or merely letterboxes positioned in switzerland.

I would be surprised if Afetek was to pay a dividend, as their euopean subsidaries (Arexera GmbH and Seekport GmbH) are bankrupt and subject to lawsuits. The Follow-up companies (Arexera AG, Seekport AG and especially AllSearch GmbH) are eiter bankrupt as well ore merely letterboxes in Switzerland. All technical staff has left the european companies (and is demanding damages).
