Marksans Pharma - Outcome of Board Meeting
Marksans Pharma Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 37, 2008, has decided to redeem 13,50,000 Redemption Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each issued by the Company in March, 2003 and due for redemption on March 27, 2008 by way of issue of Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for the same amount as due for redemption and on the same terms and conditions as earlier.
The said shares will be due for redemption on March 27, 2013.
Shyam Software - Updates on Scheme of Arrangement
Shyam Software Industries Ltd has informed that the members at the Court Convened Meeting of the Company held on March 15, 2008, in pursuant to the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad have approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Majesty Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd with the Company & Reconstruction of Capital of the Company by way of a Special Resolution. The necessary steps are being taken to file petition with the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in due course of time.
