Wipro to allot equity shares
The committee of Wipro has resolved to issue and allot 118918 equity
shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the
eligible employees under the company's employee ESOPs 2000 plan and
restricted stock unit plan 2004.
