equity share warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential
basis to promoters and other selected independent subscribers.
The board has to issue 12,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis to promoters and other selected independent subscribers.
The board has decided to convene extra ordinary general meeting on 20 October 2008.
Further, the board has decided to change the name of the company to TeleCanor Global Projects.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 16 September 2008.
