The board of Thakral Services India has appointed P Balakrishna Shetty as chairman of the company.

The board of Thakral Services India has appointed P Balakrishna Shetty as chairman of the company.
The
board has approved the sale of investments at a mutually agreed price
to be decided on the basis of the share valuation report from a
professional valuer.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 20 September 2008.
