Tanu Healthcare appoints additional directors
The board of Tanu Healthcare has apointed Sunder Venkatraman and Premraj Alva as additional directors on the board.
The
board has accepted the resignation of Pradeep Dhanuka and Sheetal
Kadam, Sushil Tiwari, Bankeylal Agrawal and Sandesh Gawade with effect
from the date of submission of their resignations with retrospective
effect.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 22 September 2008.
