Silverline Technologies to raise funds
The members of Silverline Technologies have accorded the board to
create, offer, issue and allot domestic / international offering to
domestic / foreign investors / institutional investors / FIIs, members,
employees through a public issue, rights issue preferential issue /
private placement / equity shares through GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs / any
securities convertible into equity shares at the option of the company
for an amount not exceeding US$ 10 million.
