Restile Ceramics appoints directors

The board of Restile Ceramics has appointed Sundearesan Hariharan,
Seetharaman TR, Ramachandran N S and Raghavan R S as independent
directors.

The board has accepted the resignation of V Padmakar, G Padmanabhan and Raj Mitta from the board.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 August 2008.
