Ramco Systems to increase authorized captial
The members of Ramco Systems has decided to increase the authorized
share capital from Rs 30,00,00,000 divided in to 3,00,00,000 equity
shares of 10 each to Rs 50,00,00,000 divided in to 5,00,00,000 equity
shares of Rs 10 each.
