PFL Infotech allots equity shares & warrants
The board of PFL Infotech has allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10
each at a price of Rs 15 per share and 11,50,000 fully convertible
warrants of Rs 10 each, with an option to convert each one of them into
one equity share of Rs 10 each, after a period of one year at a
conversion price of Rs 15 to P Amresh Kumar, Hyderabad, promoter of the
company.
