The committee of Moschip Semiconductor Technology has granted 23,13,000
stock options to the eligible employees of the company under stock
option plan 2001, 2002, 2004 & 2008 at a price of Rs 13.15 per
option.

The committee of Moschip Semiconductor Technology has granted 23,13,000
stock options to the eligible employees of the company under stock
option plan 2001, 2002, 2004 & 2008 at a price of Rs 13.15 per
option.
The
committee has granted 4,54,054 stock options to the eligible employees
of the company under stock option plan 2008 at a price of Rs 13.15 per
option.
The committee has granted 4,00,000 stock options to the
directors of the company under stock option plan 2008 at a price of Rs
13.15 per option.
These options were granted by the committee of directors on 22 September 2008.
