Lupin allots equity shares
The committee of Lupin has allotted 40531 fully paid up equity shares
of Rs 10 each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of
options granted to the employees under stock option plans of the
company.

of Rs 10 each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of
options granted to the employees under stock option plans of the
company.
In
view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the company
increased to Rs 822,944,060 consisting 82,294,406 equity shares of Rs
10 each.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 22 September 2008.
