The committee of KEI Industries has allotted 129100 equity shares of
face value of Rs 2 each upon exercise of options by the eligible
employees under KEI ESOS 2006 - 1st tranche.

face value of Rs 2 each upon exercise of options by the eligible
employees under KEI ESOS 2006 - 1st tranche.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 22 September 2008.
