Kamanwala Housing Construction allots equity shares
Kamanwala Housing Construction has allotted 6,80,000 equity shares of
Rs 10 each to the erstwhile shareholders of Donngarsee Diamonds Tools.
This allotment is in pursuance to the order of the Honourable Bombay
High Court in connection with amalgamation of the Doongarsee Diamonds
Tools with the company.
