Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers allots equity shares
The board of Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers has considered option
exercised by FCCB holders of US$ 1,800,000 out of total US$ 7,000,000
foreign currency bond and accordingly 4,97,362 equity shares have been
allotted to bond holders.

The board of Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers has considered option
exercised by FCCB holders of US$ 1,800,000 out of total US$ 7,000,000
foreign currency bond and accordingly 4,97,362 equity shares have been

This was decided at the board meeting held on 19 September 2008.
