ITC has issued and allotted 6,46,570 ordinary shares of Re 1 each upon
exercise of 64,657 options by optionees under the company's ESOS.

ITC has issued and allotted 6,46,570 ordinary shares of Re 1 each upon
exercise of 64,657 options by optionees under the company's ESOS.
Consequently,
with effect from 22 September 2008, the issued and subscribed share
capital of the company stands increased to Rs 377,01,64,610 divided
into 377,01,64,610 ordinary shares of Re 1 each.
These shares were allotted by the company on 22 September 2008.
