HCL Technologies allots equity shares

HCL Technologies allots equity shares

The board of HCL Technologies has allotted 1,45,644 equity shares of Rs
2 each under the 1999, 2000 & 2004 stock option plans of the
company.

Consequent
to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the company has gone
up to 668,681,820 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs
133,73,63,640.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 24 September 2008.
