was one of the purposes for which the company had recently come out
with a rights issue of Rs 5164.15 lakhs.

DIC India has commissioned the Liquid Ink Mother Plant at Noida. This
was one of the purposes for which the company had recently come out
with a rights issue of Rs 5164.15 lakhs.
The
objective of setting up the LI Mother Plant is to install seamless and
automated state of production facility. This would facilitate
significant reduction in handling costs and wastages, thereby improving
cost and work efficiency. Moreover, the company would also benefit from
other advantages related to bulk production viz, consistency in
quality, lower logistics costs and increase in productivity.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 25 September 2008.
