Choice International appoints MD & additional directors
The board of Choice International has appointed Mukesh Agarwal and Sujata Chattopadhyay as additional directors.
The board has appointed Kamal Poddar as managing director for a period of five years with effect from 23 September 2008.
The board has accepted the resignation of Dhananjay Datar, Vivek Jain and Indresh Goyal as directors of the company.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 23 September 2008.
