Bodal Chemicals allots equity shares
The board of Bodal Chemicals has allotted 67,612 equity shares of Rs 10
each fully paid to the shareholders of the erstwhile MOL as on record
date i.e. 20 September 2008 in ratio of 1 equity share of BCL for every
100 equity shares of Milestone Organics, as per the scheme of
amalgamation of MOL with BCL.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 25 September 2008.
