Datamatics Technologies' equity shareholders & sundry creditors to approve scheme of arrangement
The meeting of equity shareholders of Datamatics Technologies will be
held on 30 September 2008 for the purpose of considering the scheme of
arrangement comprising of amalgamation of Sameer Microtronics, Bellona
Infotech, Datamatics and Datamatics Intercon into Datamatics
Technologies and demerger of export division of Datamatics Software
Services into Datamatics Technologies.

meeting of sundry creditors will be held on 30 September 2008 for the
purpose of considering the merger of Bellona Infotech, Sameer
Microtronics, Datamatics and Datamatics Intercon with the applicant
company, demerger of the export division of Datamatics Software
Services into the applicant company.
