Aftek allots equity shares
Aftek has allotted 30980 equity shares of Rs 2 each to employees on
exercise of stock options granted under Aftek ESOS 2004.

Aftek has allotted 30980 equity shares of Rs 2 each to employees on
exercise of stock options granted under Aftek ESOS 2004.
After the said conversion, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased from Rs 186993158 to Rs 187055118.
These shares were allotted by the company on 09 September 2008.
